Zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Teams suchen wir eine/n Project Manager für die DACH-Region. Die Hauptaufgabe des Projektmanagers ist das Management von AutoStore-Projekten vom Vertrag bis zur Endabnahme. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb bringt er bereits in der Vertriebsphase sein Know-How und seine Erfahrung in das potentielle Projekt ein. Er unterstützt einen reibungslosen Übergang vom Vertrieb in die Implementierungsphase und später in die Servicephase.

Der Projektleiter ist sehr kundenorientiert und verfügt über ein exzellentes Wissen über die logistischen Prozesse und Anforderungen des Kunden. Während des Projekts ist er in der Lage, potenzielle Chancen zu bewerten, Risiken zu überblicken und zu mindern, den Kunden entsprechend zu beraten, Lösungen vorzuschlagen, zu verhandeln und zu vereinbaren. Der Projektleiter ist erfahren in Verhandlungen und verfügt über gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.

Your tasks

  • AutoStore-Lösungen Projektmanagement vom Vertrag bis zur Endabnahme
  • Bei Bedarf Teilnahme am Projektverkaufsprozess
  • Nachweis von Funktionalitäten in Zeichnungen und Konzepten
  • Reibungsloser Übergang vom Vertrieb über die Realisierung bis zum Service
  • Leiten von Projektplanungsworkshops, Dokumenten- und Zeitmanagement
  • Steuerung des Projektfortschritts und Anpassung der Arbeiten nach Bedarf
  • Koordinierung von Mitarbeitern, externen und internen Ressourcen
  • Ständige Kommunikation mit dem Kunden, Aufrechterhaltung einer engen Beziehung zum Kunden und anderen Beteiligten

Your profile

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch wäre von Vorteil
  • Vorzugsweise 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung mit dem Projektmanagement von AutoStore-Projekten
  • Erfahrung mit Projekt- und Teammanagement und Verständnis für Logistik- und IT-Prozesse
  • Motiviert, in einem Startup-Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Eigeninitiative, Ergebnisorientierung und eine positive Einstellung zum Erfolg
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schriftlich und mündlich
