Bucher Municipal AG est un fabricant leader mondial de véhicules municipaux destinés au nettoyage efficace des espaces publics et privés. Nous développons, produisons et commercialisons des balayeuses pour nos clients partout dans le monde.

Nous souhaitons établir un Station-Service en Suisse romande et recherchons un Mécanicien & Service clientèle à 100% (h / f / d).

Ton domaine de responsabilité

  • Réalisation de travaux généraux d'entretien et de réparation sur des véhicules neufs et d'occasion.
  • Réception, coordination et suivi des commandes clients.
  • Support technique et diagnostic de pannes pour les distributeurs et clients finaux.
  • Établissement de devis et d'offres ainsi que prospection de commandes.
  • Gestion des demandes techniques, y compris la planification du travail et la saisie des commandes (gestion des matériaux, documentation).
  • Assistance dans le domaine de la garantie et tolérance (conseil technique, traitement des dossiers).
  • Assurance du service de piquet saisonnier.
  • Formation de mécanicien en machines agricoles, engins de chantier ou poids lourds.
  • Formation complémentaire de chef d'atelier ou technicien diagnostic avec brevet fédéral est un avantage.
  • Permis de conduire catégories B obligatoire, C1 ou C souhaité.
  • Bonnes connaissances de MS Office ainsi que des outils de diagnostic tels que VM-Tool, Bodas, etc.
  • Français langue maternelle, Allemand au minimum niveau B2, Anglais un atout.
  • Travail fiable, autonome et structuré, avec expérience dans la relation avec les clients finaux et les distributeurs.
