Main Tasks
  1. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot process breakdowns and inefficiencies.
  3. Monitor and analyze process performance, quality, and output.
  4. Provide support and guidance to production staff.
  5. Manage and monitor production resources and equipment.
Requirements
  1. Technical degree related to mechanics, electricity, automation, management, or similar.
  2. Prior experience appreciated.
  3. French and English fluency are mandatory.
