Expect to visit our customers around 2-3 times per week.Engage with developers on your team to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code leveraging methodologies such as pair- and mob-programming.Learn and grow on the project by incorporating feedback from your team members to fully unlock your potential.Support the entire software lifecycle with your Dev-Ops mentality from ideation to production.Automate quality checks right from the start using techniques such as test-driven development and specification by example.Continuously keep up to date with the latest technologies & trends and share your knowledge.What’s Important To UsYou have a Bachelor’s degree (FH, Uni, ETH or similar) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.You have 1-2 years of proven experience as a Java Developer with a good understanding of object-oriented programming and best practices.You put the customer first and support the project’s success as a Java Fullstack Engineer with the latest JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React or similar frameworks in the frontend.You bring some knowledge in different technologies, such as Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, databases, RESTful APIs, messaging, container orchestration, microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)You have some experience in agile methodologies and have worked within agile development teamsYou are a good communicator, team player and problem solver and are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)What We OfferWork life blend: we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from homeProfit share scheme: In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company’s success in the previous yearGlobal and Diverse Zühlke community: witness how colleagues from all our 17 offices across the globe come together to create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps, and celebrating year-end parties and other local festivities.Committed to development: we are committed to the growth of our people and are investing in your development.
