Nous recherchons un Senior Business Analyst ayant une solide expérience dans le secteur de l’énergie, idéalement avec une expertise en gestion de données et/ou finance. L'objectif est de rejoindre l'équipe spécialisée energy data management qui joue un rôle clé dans la gestion des outils d'onboarding/CRM, du portail client et des systèmes de gestion des données énergétiques en Europe, aux États-Unis et sur d'autres marchés en expansion.

Responsabilités
  • Être en contact direct avec les équipes business pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Organiser le travail des développeurs et gérer la roadmap en coordination avec le Team Lead EDM IT.
  • Maintenir et suivre les backlogs.
  • Rédiger et exécuter les tests.
  • Assurer un reporting.
Profil recherché
  • Excellente capacité à expliquer des problématiques complexes et à faire passer des messages clairs.
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en étant orienté client et esprit d’équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Anglais courant obligatoire
  • Expérience confirmée dans le secteur de l’énergie et/ou de la finance.
