Your role
Are you a true networker who loves to talk to potential clients?
Can you also close a deal?
Do you have a strong track record in advising and sales within the Italian market?

If yes, then our 18 months Wealth Management Associate Program might be the right choice for you. The program improves your skills, provides a unique experience in Wealth Management, and establishes a platform for accelerated career development in a client-facing role. Off-the-job education will provide you with the business-specific knowledge, but the main focus will be on-the-job, developing your book of clients. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be equipped with the necessary foundation to embark on a rewarding career with UBS Global Wealth Management.

We are looking for someone who can:

  1. develop to become a successful Relationship Manager through our training program; reaching (or preferably exceeding) both the financial and educational targets set within the program
  2. build up a client book from your own existing network of wealthy individuals in Italy
  3. establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  4. continuously grow your network by referrals and by identifying new prospects

Your team
For the Wealth Management Desk Italy International in Zurich, we are looking for a driven and ambitious personality that is keen to make a positive impact on our prospects, clients, and UBS. We will provide you with an outstanding platform for your professional development while being part of a dynamic and experienced team.

Your expertise
  1. an MBA from a leading university/business school with a minimum of 4 years professional experience
  2. good understanding and strong interest in financial markets
  3. in-depth market knowledge in Italy with a convincing network of High-Net-Worth Individuals
  4. excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills

You are:
  1. a networker and a skilled relationship builder at heart
  2. part of a club, alumni network, or involved with entrepreneurial activities
  3. a collaborative team player who is also independent enough to plan your own activities and put your business plan into action
  4. experienced in Wealth Management services is welcomed, though not required
  5. languages skills: fluent in Italian and English
