Sage X3 Operational Project Manager

SAGE X3 specialist full command of French and English, happy to travel to Africa up to 50 days per year.
Your role will be to contribute to the implementation and support of the Sage X3 ERP solution across its operations. Working under the direction of the Sage X3 Project Manager, the successful candidate will actively participate in the various phases of the project, focusing on the Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
- Collaborating on requirement analysis, solution design, and configuration support
- Evaluating existing processes and identifying operational needs
- Responding to and managing client requests
- Executing tests, system configurations, and on-site deployments
- Providing ongoing support and delivering training for end-users (both remotely and in person)
The role is based in Switzerland, with regular travel to operational sites required for ERP Sage X3 rollout and support activities (30 to 50 days per year).
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- A degree in IT management, business systems, or an equivalent field, with a minimum of three years' experience as a functional analyst for ERP Sage X3.
- Strong attention to detail, independent work ethic, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP system frameworks and the ability to work with technical teams to adapt systems to specific organizational needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for supporting users and coordinating with project stakeholders.

- French: Full professional proficiency required (oral and written)
