Ihr Arbeitsort: Stans, Switzerland

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für das Safetymanagement auf Corporate Level als nominierter Safety Manager
  • Erweiterung des bestehenden SMS auf ein gruppenweites Safety Management System
  • Leitung des Pilatus Safety Board und Bearbeiten von Safety Issues im SMS
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsuntersuchungen, Fehler- und Risikoanalysen
  • Ausführen von internen und externen Audits sowie von Schulungen (u.a. SMS Schulungen) und Sensibilisierungskampagnen
  • Erstellung von Safety Reports inklusive der relevanten KPI's und Sicherstellen der Compliance im Bereich SMS
Damit überzeugen Sie uns
  • Technische Grundausbildung mit anschliessendem Studium zum Techniker HF oder Ingenieur
  • Weiterbildung und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Quality & Safety Management in der Aviatik und sehr gute Kenntnisse der EASA Vorschriften
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (Level C1)
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Persönlichkeit
