As a Supervisor - Disassembly & Assembly, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a high-performing team, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost targets.ResponsibilitiesGuarantee safety and quality of workmanship and documentation in accordance with all applicable SR Technics and airworthiness regulations at all timesOrganize support across SR Technics departments to ensure performance, tools, equipment and work documentationActively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to meet demandDrive performance culture through target setting and regular follow-up with all employeesMaintain 5S in the area, ensuring tidiness of the area and documentationExecute and promote continuous improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targetsAssign employees to their roles and manage vacation planning in line with engine scheduling and monitor labor efficiencyQualificationsTechnical apprenticeship is a requirement3 years of professional experience in MRO with understanding of operational activitiesExperience in a leadership roleEnglish at B1 level and German at C1 or higherKnowledge of Lean methodologyFurther management education is desired but not requiredWe offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
