Job Description
- As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a key user-facing product, helping our customers to automate IT troubleshooting, fixing IT issues, key IT processes and service requests
- You will be part of the automation and remediation team of product managers, whose mission is to save time and money for IT teams and increase productivity of millions of employees worldwide by solving problems before impacting employees. By doing that you will play an important role in Nexthink's core value proposition
- Set the product strategy and vision that will generate the best value for our customers
- Identify, analyze, quantify, and prioritize product features and innovations for your product
- Develop a product roadmap and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Technical service
- Rapidly iterate and evolve your product portfolio to meet a host of needs: growth in business, platform scalability, creating currently needed solutions and simultaneously looking ahead for future customer needs and capabilities
- Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for automation internally and externally
- Represent Nexthink as a speaker and presenter at various tech conferences and customer visits. Travel can be expected several times a year on a global scale
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a product manager in a software company, working with a development team
- Proven experience in setting strategy, creating, and releasing a product
- Deep End user computing knowledge on how IT works in enterprise-size companies. Knowledge and experience in automating IT is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment while building extensible and scalable solutions
- You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies
- Professional-level English, spoken and written
