Software Engineer & Workshop Facilitator Tech Legion is a dynamic, community‑driven tech association dedicated to fostering innovation and technological advancements in Switzerland. Our focus is on nurturing talent, providing resources, and creating opportunities for professional growth in the tech industry. Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid role based in Zurich, Switzerland, with flexible opportunities to work remotely. As a Software Engineer & Workshop Facilitator, you will develop tech workshops, contribute to ongoing projects, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on various tech and non‑tech related tasks. Additionally, you will design and lead engaging educational workshops to share your expertise and inspire learning within the tech community. This role combines technical development with community engagement to drive a passion for innovation. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions for internal projects. Design, create, and lead workshops on technical topics. Collaborate with team members on project development and community initiatives. Assist participants with project guidance and mentorship.Contribute to knowledge sharing within the community. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles. Experience in Software Development and Programming. Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead workshops effectively. Ability to work independently and collaborate in hybrid settings. A passion for mentoring and inspiring others within the tech community. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
