Line Mechanic

1. Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment in the clean room and sterile environment (experience with aseptic filling lines is preferable).
2. Performing functional tests to validate the effectiveness of repair work and maintaining records of maintenance services and repairs.
3. Completing manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and making recommendations for resolution.
4. Eliminating faults in the systems.
5. Opening and tracking malfunction reports.
6. Cooperating, advising, and supporting the Plant Engineering department.
7. Coordinating work processes in consultation with the team leaders.
8. Advanced handling of SAP, Cornerstone, DMS, Office 365.

1. You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a mechanic or related profession (production mechanic, car mechanic, etc.).
2. Several years of experience as a mechanic is an advantage.
3. Excellent interpretation of P&ID diagrams or drawings.
4. Very good knowledge of German is essential; English is an advantage.
5. Independent and detailed way of working.
6. You are customer-focused and open to new ideas.
7. Communication skills, initiative, and resilience round off your profile.
8. Willingness to work in a 2-shift pattern.
