The W has no mystery for you: you will be in charge of preparing the public places for our clients and our Talents, in order to guarantee them an exceptional and unique W experience.
Our Public Area Style Agents are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.
Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning Talents areas and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Public Area Style Agent makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.
You will be in charge of inspecting the condition of furniture for tears, rips and report damages to the right department and to give a prompt response to requests from guests and other departments.
You have prior experience in a 5* hotel.
You should be highly motivated.
Public Areas Agents will be on their feet moving around and taking a hands-on approach to work.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
Be detail-oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Position to be filled from April 2024.
