Tasks- Travel to different regions in Switzerland to provide physiotherapy treatments to clients in their homes
- Assess clients' physical condition and develop customized treatment plans
- Implement various physiotherapy techniques to help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being
- Educate clients on exercises and self-care techniques to support their recovery and prevent future injuries
- Communicate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
Your Profile:
- Experience in treating general, neurological, and/or geriatric patients
- Flexibility and creativity in adapting to various situations
- High social competence, teamwork, and reliability
- Returning to the profession or seeking a new challenge as a physiotherapist
- Treating patients in the practice and at home
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and family members
- Freedom to design treatment methods and relationships with responsibility for the patients
- Time blocks for home physio with sufficient time for patient care, administration, and travel time: 30 minutes per treatment in the practice or during home visits, plus an additional 30 minutes for administration and travel time during home visits
- Support and backing in case of errors
- 5 weeks of vacation and good standard remuneration
- Provided car, mobile phone, and clothing
- Option for private use of company cars
- Opportunities for further education up to 5 days per year (up to CHF 1000)
- Support for relocation to a different location if interested
- Support for leading a location for ambitious individuals
- Full guidance throughout the entire application process
- Support in arranging work and residence permits and your accommodation
- A free introductory day in Switzerland (we reimburse travel costs up to a maximum of 300 euros)
- The opportunity to take a German course
- PhysioMatch employs physiotherapists who have already gone through the emigration process to Switzerland
- Personal guidance in German, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, or English
