This role offers the opportunity to work in an international, detail-oriented, and passionate environment, contributing to the success of our projects.The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the development and integration of electrical systems for Casale plants. This includes leading the design, specification, and follow-up of electrical activities to ensure optimal plant functionality, safety, and reliability across all project phases.Project & Technical CoordinationLead and coordinate electrical engineering activities for complex projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.Provide technical support during the bidding phase, ensuring a clear understanding of client expectations and project scope.Define technical requisitions and specifications for electrical systems to ensure performance, compliance, and safety of Casale plants.Procurement & Vendor InteractionSupport the Procurement Department in the supplier selection process through technical alignment and bid evaluations.Review and approve vendor drawings, documentation, and testing procedures related to electrical equipment.Conduct technical follow-up on purchasing orders, resolving any technical issues that may arise.Engineering DeliverablesPrepare and verify general specifications, electrical data sheets, and electrical documentation during the executive project phase.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.Construction & CommissioningSupervise the installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases of electrical systems.Define and approve testing procedures to be performed before delivery and during commissioning, ensuring smooth plant start-up.Why Join Casale ? Basic knowledge of COMOS is also appreciated.Strong knowledge of the MS Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).SkillsGood team-player, ability to build relationships inside and outside the company, self-motivated with strong organizing skills.Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.Good knowledge of international codes and standards.ExperienceWorked at least 8-10 years as Electrical Engineer in the Oil&Gas or Petrochemical in Engineering & Construction Contractor.
