Controlling Trainee

Position

In order to strengthen our Finance department based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a :

Controlling Trainee

Reporting directly to our Controlling and Budget Reporting Manager, your role is to support the team in tracking and communicating financial dashboards and key indicators. You play a crucial role in providing a clear and accurate financial overview of the company.

Accountabilities

In this role, you actively support our Controlling Department by participating in monthly and quarterly closings, as well as reporting activities. You play a key role in monitoring and analysing production performance, particularly focusing on production variances under absorption, stock levels, and work in progress.

You also take part in operational tasks such as calculating, analysing, and validating standard production costs. Additionally, you contribute to managing the inventory cycle, ensuring effective control of stock levels, obsolescence, and physical inventories.

Profile

You hold a Master’s Degree in management, finance, or economics and have a strong interest in the luxury industry. Methodical and organised, you excel in managing tasks with precision. Curious and innovative, you enjoy bringing new ideas to the table and turning them into practical solutions. Result-oriented, you apply rigorous logic and precise analytical methods to consistently deliver effective and sustainable solutions.

As an intern, you thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to meeting the expectations of internal clients. With excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills, you easily adapt to a multicultural setting.

You are proficient in Excel, and skills in SAP and PowerBI are an asset. Fluent in French, English and any another language is a plus.
