- Fundierte Kenntnisse in IC-Layout-Designmethoden

- Starke analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten

- Teamfähigkeit

- Erfahrung mit Cadence Virtuoso und Calibre (von Vorteil)

- Fliessende Englischkenntnisse

- Nice-to-Haves:

- Kenntnisse in ESD- und Latch-up-Reduktionstechniken

- Erfolgreiche Tape-outs von IC-Designs

- Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse
