Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our trading and client relationship functions by ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. Your AMINA To-Do List Support trading units and relationship managers with daily operational needs. Execute internal transfers of crypto assets efficiently and accurately. Manage external transfers of client crypto assets in line with regulatory and security standards. Maintain static data to ensure system accuracy and compliance. Assist with client onboarding for both institutional and private clients. Document operational processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency. Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency. Provide conceptual and analytical support for management and business development initiatives. Collaborate across teams to proactively identify solutions and resources for project completion or exception handling. Your golden ticket to the AMINA team : 3-6 years of relevant experience in middle office operations with a bank or crypto exchange Interest and affinity for blockchain / crypto Command in Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook / Word / Visio Focusedon client service and timely execution of task orders Can demonstrate and executecontinuously highest integrity standards Motivated, self-directed, driven and constructive Fluency in English is mandatory (verbal and written).
