Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

  • use data and insights to develop new products, and liaise with multiple stakeholders to assess our current offerings from different angles
  • support senior project/product managers in their daily work
Your team

You’ll be working in the Personal & Corporate Digital Platforms & Marketplaces team. We are responsible for several areas such as transformation, integration and product development.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Your program

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.
You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
