Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a governance specialist (m, f, d) as Analyst AI Governance Compliance. Responsibilities Develop and monitor frameworks to ensure responsible, compliant, and ethical use of AI throughout the bank organization. Develop AI guidelines, operationalize AI governance, collaborate with working groups and stakeholders. Conduct AI fairness audits, provide training on AI ethics, and report control. Operationalize the AI governance framework across the entire lifecycle of use cases. Collaborate with control functions and stakeholders to integrate new AI practices. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards through AI. Implement methods for identifying and mitigating risks (content bias) in AI models. Conduct training to ensure responsible AI use within the bank. Monitor AI governance KPIs, generate reports, and recommend policy optimizations. Observe market trends to stay ahead of the curve in AI. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Economics, Business Informatics, or Engineering. CPA, CISA, CISSP, or similar certifications as an advantage. Professional experience in a bank, one of the Big Four, or in banking consulting. In-depth knowledge of ethics, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks in AI in banking. Experience in IT governance, business risk management, data quality, or AI compliance. Familiarity with techniques for detecting bias and interpretability. Analytical personality with a team orientation. Experience with agile project management and cross‑departmental collaboration. Positive, cooperative working style with colleagues and customer‑oriented attitude. Ability to drive projects from concept to execution. Strong communication skills. Bilingual in German and English.
