Deine Verantwortung
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Realisierung moderner, skalierbarer Frontend-Lösungen in den dir zugewiesenen Kundenprojekten. Du legst dabei besonderen Wert auf Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Performance und eine detailgetreue Umsetzung des Designs.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Designern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass kreative Ideen technisch einwandfrei umgesetzt werden. Du entwickelst kontinuierlich die eingesetzten Tools und Vorlagen weiter, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Du förderst jüngere Entwickler im Team durch gezieltes Mentoring und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei. Du informierst dich regelmässig über aktuelle Entwicklungen in deinem Bereich und lässt neue Erkenntnisse in unsere Arbeit einfliessen.
Deine Skills
  • Du bringst umfassende und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit JavaScript und TypeScript mit. Du arbeitest gerne mit Frameworks wie React und Tailwind CSS und hast idealerweise bereits mit Next.js gearbeitet.
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Auge für Design und strebst nach Lösungen, die sowohl attraktiv als auch effizient sind. Du lässt dich dabei von einem hohen Anspruch an Ästhetik und Funktionalität leiten.
  • Du planst und organisierst eigenständig Abstimmungsrunden und Meetings zwischen Abteilungen und treibst Projekte proaktiv voran.
  • Du bringst umfangreiche Erfahrung im Frontend-Testing mit Tools wie Jest oder Cypress mit. Du setzt hohe Standards in Bezug auf die Qualität des Codes.
