Anthropos is changing how companies can assess and hire people with confidence using AI Simulations. We save medium and large orgs 80% of the costs related to screening and hiring the right people : our software shows them how people do things before they join the organization. For tech and non-tech roles. Tasks You will work on 2 fronts 90% of your time : Social media management for LinkedIn and for Reddit : create and execute daily posts / campaigns to promote Anthropos connect with our ICPs and let people discover our brand. This will be done promoting our Anthropos content (our library) our features and our use cases. On Reddit you will understand how to influence and engage the community creating a strong brand and set of mentions for Anthropos. Content production and optimization : on our website and for our SEO strategy in coordination with our founder and marketing consultants. This will require you to write strategize and optimize new and existing content using AI tools but also studying and learning about our market and current competitive space. While those tasks will be your main job you will be pulled in multiple micro tasks conversations and side projects across the company as you should expect in a startup. Requirements You know how to create design and manage digital content at multiple levels - you know how to use tools like Canva or others to create images videos and digital content. You have created and managed campaigns on LinkedIn / Reddit or other social media Strong motivation willingness to prove yourself invent and create new things and learn daily. You are incredibly smart but humble. We are looking for a builder - you design and build things from 0 to 1 Curiosity - you are naturally curious and constantly ask a ton of questions Dont believe in systems and dogmas - we are looking for someone that doesnt believe that there is a system for everything. You try and experiment following your intuition. English - you must have great written English - bonus if you have great spoken English too Italian - you speak and write Italian if you are not native thats ok Work hard : if you are looking for a 9-5 job this is not it and you shouldnt apply. Startups require hard work to succeed.
