Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Test Manager (F/H)

Vos rôles et responsabilités :

  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie de test et à la rédaction des scénarii de tests
  • Planifier les campagnes de test (end to end) et s’assurer de leur bonne exécution
  • Organiser le suivi des anomalies remontées
  • Être garant de la rédaction des différents documents de test
  • Rédiger les rapports permettant le suivi des releases
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des process d’assurance qualité

Compétences Techniques

  • Bonnes connaissances des outils comme Jira, Confluence, Xray
  • Connaissances en automatisation de tests
  • Familier et adepte des projets gérés en méthodologie Agile Scrum, « 3 amigos »
  • Une expérience en développement et/ou des connaissances dans le domaine bancaire et financier sont des atouts.

Qualifications

  • Titre universitaire, ingénieur EPF, HES/ETS en informatique, ou équivalent
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience
  • Français et Anglais, courants
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), curieux(se) et force de proposition
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultat avec une attention particulière pour la satisfaction client
  • Très bon(ne) communicant(e), vous faites preuve d’un excellent relationnel et d’une grande capacité d’écoute
