Responsibilities

1. Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area.
2. Production master recipe modeling and testing including master data management.
3. 1st Level Support for the Business and the Recipe Production Business incl. 24x7 stand by duty or on-call.
4. Support of projects within the department and current project admin and operative tasks.
5. Data Analytics and Reporting.
6. Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering, and Suppliers.

Profile

1. Degree in informatics, engineering or any similar environment.
2. Experience working in manufacturing with MES with GxP, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Hands-on experience in specifying, configuring, testing, and documenting systems and applications.
4. Experience in First Level Support, preferred for the MES System and Software.
5. CSV experience and software development and data management experience.
6. Fluency in German and English.
7. Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation.
8. Technical understanding with good networked thinking.
9. Communication skills.
