Role Summary As Procurement Manager at DINAMIQS, Siegfried’s biotech subsidiary located in Schlieren-Zurich, Switzerland, you will oversee operational procurement for viral vector gene therapy manufacturing. You will coordinate closely with production planning, laboratory teams, and other functional areas to support continuous growth and daily operations. Responsibilities Lead operational procurement activities in coordination with production planning, laboratory teams, and other business areas. Execute purchasing of direct and indirect materials to support daily operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices. Drive value creation and initiate improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity. Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and continuously improve cost position year over year. Identify cost‑saving opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and implement appropriate contracts. Manage and further develop existing relationships with key suppliers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field; or equivalent education with relevant experience. 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences. Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategies, and pharmaceutical supply chain requirements. Solid GMP knowledge and familiarity with regulated procurement environments. Proficient in SAP and MS Office. Self‑driven working style with strong teamwork and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
