Worum geht es bei der Rolle?
Sie analysieren und reparieren fehlerhafte Baugruppen, führen optische Kontrollen durch und messen mit Präzision. Zudem übernehmen Sie die Produktionsfreigabe, klassifizieren AOI-Ausfälle und bringen sich ins Shopfloor Management ein.

Welche Aufgaben werden Sie übernehmen?

  • Sie analysieren und reparieren fehlerhafte Baugruppen und Platinen aus der laufenden Produktion und führen optische Kontrollen von bestückten Leiterplatten durch.
  • Sie lesen und verstehen Stromlaufpläne, führen Messungen mit verschiedenen Messinstrumenten durch und dokumentieren Nacharbeiten im Qualitätssicherungssystem.
  • Sie übernehmen die First Sample Inspection (FSI) und erteilen die Produktionsfreigabe.
  • Sie erfassen und bearbeiten QDS-Einträge und klassifizieren in Echtzeit die Ausfälle der automatischen optischen Inspektion (AOI).
  • Sie nehmen aktiv am Shopfloor Management teil und arbeiten flexibel im 2-Schichtbetrieb.

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise in Elektronik oder Elektrotechnik.
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Produktion mit und beherrschen idealerweise die Löttechnik.
  • Sie sind vertraut mit Messinstrumenten wie Multimeter und anderen Prüfgeräten.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie sind eigeninitiativ, qualitätsbewusst, kommunikationsstark, ein echter Teamplayer und arbeiten flexibel im 2-Schichtbetrieb.
