Responsibilities You will carry out innovative and dynamic consulting activities in HR IT customer projects, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You will take responsibility for managing (sub-)projects. You will participate in analysing, designing, and developing forward-thinking HR concepts and support their implementation at the client’s site. You will conduct virtual or on-site workshops and training sessions for clients, and assume facilitation duties when needed. You will support the ongoing development, care, and maintenance of existing customer relationships. You will collaborate with the sales team on the technical preparation of customer-specific proposals. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Applied Psychology (AOP), or have completed further training in HR, payroll, or social security. You have several years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (at least two modules) and have already taken on (partial) project management roles. You are an engaging, positive, and driven individual who enjoys continuous personal development. You are happy to take on responsibility, work independently with strong commitment, and consistently act with the customer’s best interests in mind. You possess excellent problem‑solving abilities along with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. You communicate confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing. You have excellent German and English skills, spoken and written. You are willing to undertake project‑related travel within German‑speaking Switzerland.
