For our procurement team in Basel, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Operational Purchaser ensuring our operations run seamlessly, contributing to the excellent service and quality we are known for worldwide.Your missionSource with Precision: Identify and procure the materials to meet our requirements (lead time, price, quality)Process Purchase Orders: Efficiently manage and process timely purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurateMonitor on-time deliveries: Follow the deliveries of supplier to secure projects, and engage lead time negotiations when necessaryMaster SAP Data: Maintain and update purchasing data in SAP, including delivery dates, discounts, prices, and order acknowledgmentsCommunicate efficiently with stakeholders: Foster strong, daily interactions with internal stakeholders.
