Building the backbone of on-chain trading Curaga AG builds advanced blockchain and Web3 infrastructure for decentralized exchanges, liquidity protocols, and institutional‑grade trading systems. Our platform enables companies to deploy and manage algorithmic market‑making strategies on‑chain with automated risk controls and deep analytics. We work with B2B partners in the blockchain ecosystem — including token issuers, market makers and DEX operators — and focus on delivering high‑performance execution, transparency, and capital‑efficient liquidity. What You'll Build You will drive the creation of our in‑house market‑making strategy, develop execution strategies, run simulations, and monitor real‑time execution and system performance. This is a core technical role with a high impact on our trading architecture and product. Algorithm Design & Research Create and deploy algorithmic market‑making strategies for on‑chain DEXs (Uniswap v3 / v4, Liquidity‑Book AMMs, CLMMs) Develop and deploy low latency blockchain execution strategies Develop backend infrastructure for market‑making operations Risk Management Develop data pipelines for on‑chain analytics and strategy performance Monitor risk‑control systems (inventory limits, delta exposure, slippage, volatility shocks) Build automation systems for risk management strategies Maintain production alerting for off‑chain bots and on‑chain positions REQUIREMENTS Must‑Have Strong experience building and developing high frequency, ultra‑low‑latency applications Strong coding skills: Rust, Python are a must Strong experience building execution bots or smart‑contract interactions Solid understanding of DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap v3 / v4, Curve, Liquidity Book, CLMMs) Experience working with SQL databases Experience with Google Cloud / AWS Experience working with containers such as Docker / Kubernetes Awareness of security principles for critical finance applications, both on and off‑chain Nice to Have Coding skills in C++, Java, TypeScript Familiarity with MEV, block structure, order‑flow auctions Experience working in a DeFi protocol or market‑maker Experience in financial industry: order books, market making, arbitrage and/or markets microstructure Bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field CEX / DEX arbitrage experience Ability to know / understand smart contract code WHAT WE OFFER Competitive Zürich Salary / Market‑rate compensation in one of the world's top financial hubs Hybrid Work: Hybrid or on‑site work in Zürich (preferred) Equity Upside: Equity / token upside aligned with project performance Ground Floor Opportunity to build the market‑making engine from the ground up #J-18808-Ljbffr
