In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and ensuring integrated and cross-media marketing communication along the customer journey as part of the Marketing Management team.

1. Development of marketing and communication concepts
2. Plan, coordinate and implement marketing communication measures as well as specific campaigns in close cooperation with the relevant departments
3. Ensure integrated and cross-media communication along the customer journey
4. Collaborate with external partners and agencies
5. Create and prepare target group specific marketing materials in cooperation with Product Management and our global sales partners
6. Close cooperation and exchange of information with subsidiaries and global sales partners
7. Collaboration in the further development of digital channels and marketing tools together with the Digital Marketing Manager
8. Main responsibility for the technical training of commercial apprentices in the area of marketing

1. Completed studies in the field of marketing, communications or comparable education
2. Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in the medical technology or capital goods environment
3. Experience and high affinity for digital marketing, social media campaigns and content strategies
4. Networked thinking, service orientation and personal responsibility
5. Conceptual strength, planning and organizational talent
6. High level of social competence, enjoy working in multicultural, interdisciplinary teams
7. Fluent in German and English
8. Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 10 %)
