Description du poste : Nous recherchons un renfort pour notre Legal Department engagé et sommes ravis d'offrir une opportunité passionnante en tant que Legal Counsel. Dans ce rôle, tu conseilles l'ensemble de l'organisation de McDonald's Suisse sur un large éventail de sujets juridiques et de conformité, ainsi que sur la gestion des contrats. De plus, tu es membre du département mondiale Legal & Compliance et bénéficie du réseau et de l'échange de connaissances interfonctionnels et inter-marchés. La collaboration étroite avec tous les départements de McDonald's Suisse te montre les diverses interconnexions économiques d'une entreprise prospère, en croissance et dynamique, auxquelles tu contribues activement en tant que Business Partner.

Domaine d'activité

Tes tâches et responsabilités :

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre du programme de protection des données global et local et prodiguer des conseils juridiques en matière de protection des données ainsi qu'évaluer des technologies numériques et de l'IA.
  • Participer de manière autonome à la rédaction, à la révision et à la négociation de divers contrats (par exemple, contrats d'approvisionnement, de services, de technologie, CGV, contrat de traitement des données), notamment dans un environnement de groupe international, ainsi qu'à la gestion des contrats.
  • Conseiller de façon étendue et préparer des bases de décision et de recommandations d'action pour les départements internes sur des questions juridiques.
  • Conduire des formations (physiques ou en e-learning) sur des sujets juridiques et de conformité.
  • Participer à des projets juridiques du groupe, y compris des initiatives de conformité telles que l'ESG, etc.
  • Mettre en œuvre des outils et outils juridiques (par exemple, outil de gestion des contrats web), de listes de contrôle, de matériels standard et de contrats pour améliorer les processus.
  • Effectuer des recherches juridiques sur des sujets actuels.

Nous nous réjouissons de trouver :

  • Diplôme en droit en Suisse (MLaw ou lic.iur.) et idéalement brevet d'avocat suisse.
  • Au moins 2 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en tant que juriste d'entreprise et/ou dans un cabinet d'avocats, idéalement dans un environnement international.
  • Connaissances en droit de la protection des données et mise en œuvre de programmes de protection des données, idéalement comme CAS en Protection des données.
  • Solide expérience dans la rédaction et la négociation de contrats (commerciaux).
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et/ou du français, idéalement avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue ainsi que de bonnes compétences en anglais commercial, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Personnalité résistante, flexible, avec un esprit d'équipe et une mentalité pratique.
  • Méthode de travail efficace, orientée vers les solutions et la mise en œuvre, autonome, sans négliger la précision et la structure nécessaires.
  • Capacité à préparer des questions juridiques de manière simple et compréhensible pour les Business Partner.
