We are looking for a new team member in the role as Junior Process Engineer (m/f/d) – 100% Location: Grenchen (SO), Switzerland Type of Contract: permanent employment Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities Shift: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead investigations of non-conformances (NCs), performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain quality standards. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for NCs, validations, and process improvements in line with regulatory and company requirements. Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes. Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. YOUR BACKGROUND Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering. Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ), NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP). Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities. Languages: Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
