Job: Unified Communication Project Manager Activity rate: 50% Starting Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. French is a strong advantage. Context As part of the temporary reinforcement of our RTC team, we are looking for an experienced consultant to support our ongoing initiatives and assist our technical teams (Senior Architects, Senior Engineers, Support Engineers). This role is designed to provide interim support within our Real‑Time Communications perimeter. Main Mission As a Unified Communication – Real‑Time Communication Engineer (UC/RTC), you will contribute to streamlining, deploying, and managing various initiatives and projects within our real‑time communications portfolio, following our Agile methodology. You will work on strategic activities related to Microsoft Teams TO‑IP, Microsoft 365, and other RTC technologies within the Group. Responsibilities Support the deployment of RTC‑related projects and initiatives across the organization. Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of UC/RTC processes and solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Architects, Senior Engineers, and Support Engineers. Ensure clear communication and coordination with international business stakeholders. Produce and maintain documentation through Jira and Confluence. Help develop Power BI dashboards and automation via PowerShell scripting. Support the management and evolution of the following environments: Microsoft Teams TO‑IP / Microsoft 365 SIP Gateway (AudioCodes – basic knowledge sufficient) Reception calling assistant solutions Live Events solutions (Teams, Pexip…) Required Skills Technical Solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams TO‑IP and Microsoft 365. Basic understanding of AudioCodes SIP Gateway. Familiarity with Live Events platforms (Teams, Pexip…) Experience working with Jira and Confluence. Skills in Power BI (dashboarding) and PowerShell (scripting). Functional Proven experience managing projects or initiatives in an international and multicultural environment. Strong rigor and organizational abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across various stakeholder levels. Profile Experienced consultant, ideally at a senior level, able to collaborate with highly skilled technical teams. Autonomous, structured, and capable of adapting to a fast‑paced environment.
