This role is essential for maintaining a single, reliable source of truth for supplier data, which directly impacts operational efficiency, decision‑making, and compliance. The Perfect Candidate The perfect candidate is anyone in‑between studies looking for hands‑on data maintenance and GMP experience. This role is designed to help clean up data for the External Quality Processes department. It is a great first experience as an entry into Pharma and supplier data maintenance. Tasks & Responsibilities GLAS Data Maintenance – maintain and update data in GLAS data systems GMP Training – train teams (e.g., Procurement and Finance) who work with the GLAS on new rules and how to keep the data clean GMP Documentation – track how the cleanup is going and report the results to management regularly Ensuring data integrity – put checks in place to prevent bad or incomplete information from entering the GLAS in the first place Must Haves Basic federal degree or in‑between studies (bachelor, master or PhD) – a plus if it is relevant within the IT field Strong computer skills, CSV, data maintenance an advantage Strong knowledge of Google environment (gSheets) Basic GMP knowledge is a plus Fluent in German or English Nice to Haves GMP Kenntnisse If you are interested in this opportunity, please reply with a copy of your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
