Quality Engineer in ATM sector

As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in a safety-critical domain (m/f).
Main Mission:- Maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards.
- Support the implementation of the means of compliance with the current and future EASA regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry.
- Propose continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency.
- Advocate a horizontal Safety culture among the team through ongoing coaching, training, and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.
- Perform Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
- Conduct Internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Strong analytical skills, allowing you to understand user needs and translate them into clear requirements for the development team.
- Adaptable, self-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
- Demonstrate resilience under pressure and are flexible in your approach.
- Expert in Integrated Management systems.
- Expert in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and their interpretation in the context of a software development organization.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry and/or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory.
- Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO-254 are major advantages for this position.
- At least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
- Experience of software development processes in a safety-critical environment.
- Knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
