For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a Customer Business Solutions (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

  1. Contribute to the marketing of the global information management offering:
    • Raise sales force awareness and improve their understanding of Business Solutions and the use of its various modules (LINK, LINK APP, LINK CONNECT/EDI, REPORTING)
    • Present our global Business Solutions to clients
    • Customize specific demonstrations based on needs
    • Train clients on our Business Solutions tools (LINK, LINK APP, LINK CONNECT, REPORTING)
  2. Design and propose an offering:
    • Analyze client needs in terms of Business Solutions and draft related requirements
    • Support business-related tenders Solutions
    • Ensure the development of the client's Business Solutions and their successful deployment
  3. Implement an offering:
    • Write the operational process for the Business offering and ensure approval from the CBS network
    • Write the specification of requirements and/or functional requirements for the evolution of the Business Solutions systems
    • Write specific EDI requirements
    • Train clients on our Business Solutions tools (LINK, LINK APP, LINK CONNECT, REPORTING)
    • Provide Level 1 support for Business Solutions applications for internal users
    • Define and provide key indicators (KPIs, KOIs, KFIs)
    • Manage the overall implementation project or focused on expertise (LINK CONNECT, Reporting)
  4. Build internal controls:
    • Provide tools to the data quality teams for internal control
    • Train the data quality teams on tools and/or internal reporting to address any data quality anomalies
    • Coordinate with MIS on technical issues arising from the following aspects: Data Quality
  5. System gap analysis:
    • Detect potential malfunctions and/or input deficiencies in our business solutions systems and coordinate corrective actions with the quality department (root causes)
    • Respond to any information related to process deviations
  6. Advance improvements:
    • Provide input for client contractual activity reviews
    • Participate in improvement plans and the implementation and monitoring of client productivity
    • Conduct regular reviews with the client on the deployment of Business Solutions
  7. Community networking:
    • Exchange best practices with other CBSs
    • Present new ideas and participate in workshops regarding the development of our internal tools
    • Act as a pilot for all substantial functionalities performed by MIS
  8. Alert/inform management:
    • Report malfunctions to Management
    • Inform Management of any significant deterioration in quality
  9. Support activities:
    • Provide Level 1 support to the client on Business Solutions tools
  10. Specific activities:
    • Create and maintain documentation on the client profile within the CBS scope
