Security & GovernanceEstablish and evolve IAM policies and standards (PAM, IGA, AM).Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).Analyze risks related to accounts and access in a complex and diverse environment.Oversee Conditional Access strategies and application authentication.Work closely with Security and IT teams to ensure seamless integration.Support IAM projects and validate solution evolutions.Qualifications7+ years of experience in IAM, with expertise in architecture, design, and deployment of IAM solutions.11+ years of total experience in the IT field.Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Experience with solutions such as Saviynt, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft EntraID (Azure AD).Strong understanding of PKI architectures and API Management.Solid expertise in IAM concepts: Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, SSO, Access Request Management.Deep knowledge of security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST).Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-premise and cloud solutions.Strong communication skills and technical leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
