This role sits within a dedicated ICT team and offers the opportunity to maintain and improve a stable IT landscape while contributing to ongoing modernization across on-premise and cloud platforms.Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and applications, primarily on-premise and partly in the cloudProvide 2nd level support and troubleshoot complex, interconnected system environmentsDeliver projects independently to further develop client and server infrastructureActively manage and coordinate external IT partnersContribute to Change, Problem, and Incident Management at second-levelCreate and maintain system documentation and continuously optimize operational processesYour ProfileYou bring:A higher education qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldCertifications such as ITIL, Linux, SQL and or Microsoft as a strong advantageStrong experience administering Linux and Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCPSolid knowledge of SQL databases and networking fundamentalsExperience with virtualization solutions such as Citrix or Nutanix as a plusFamiliarity with Infoblox, MS Defender, AppSense and PRTG as beneficialExperience delivering and supporting MS Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams and Exchange OnlineFluent German as required, with English and or French as an advantageWhat’s on OfferA meaningful role supporting healthcare and medical innovationA collaborative and motivated ICT teamA modern environment combining on-premise systems with cloud solutionsStart date available immediately or by agreement #J-18808-Ljbffr
