Als Floor Manager:in bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen im Shop und verantwortest deinen eigenen Floor. Dein Ziel ist es, die Kund:innen über aktuelle Trends und Produkte fachgerecht und kompetent zu beraten.

Unsere Anforderungen

  1. Erfahrung mit der Führung und Motivation des Teams, sowie die respektvolle Kommunikation an das Team
  2. Verkaufsprofi und Freude an der aktiven Kund:innenberatung
  3. Interesse an unseren Kernsportarten, an aktuellen Szene-Trends und fundiertes Produktwissen
  4. Entwicklungspotentiale erkennen und fördern
  5. Offenheit und Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen sowie Wissen weiterzugeben
  6. Verantwortung über die Lehrausbildung – Ausbilderschein von Vorteil
  7. Umsetzung von Merchandising Konzepten unter Einbringung eigener Ideen sowie regionalen Marketingaktionen
  8. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  9. Hohe Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus
