Position Type: Part-Time

Working Hours: Evening shifts from approx. 16:00 to 19:00, Mondays to Fridays, typically 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of additional shifts as needed. Flexibility for occasional daytime assistance is desirable.

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and flexible student to join our team as a Part-Time Evening Receptionist. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain professional experience alongside their studies, with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of their degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Telephone Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  3. Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
  4. Appointment Coordination: Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings.
  5. Administrative Support: Perform data entry, manage electronic and paper filing systems, and provide general administrative assistance as required.
  6. Facility Oversight: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable.

Qualifications:

  1. Enrollment: Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized academic institution.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  4. Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and dependability.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness to adjust to varying schedules and assist during daytime hours if needed.
  6. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
