Here at Batmaid, our objective is to become the global leader provider of the “well-being at home” with high-quality cleaning services. With 150 employees and more than 4,000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents, headquartered in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality.
Batgroup was created to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against the Black Market and ensuring that cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances they should benefit from. Within Batgroup, we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid to hiring a house cleaning employee through Batsoft.
Your mission
This role is part of the Regional Operations Team for Zürich in Batmaid Switzerland, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of cleaning services and coordinating between our Batmaid cleaners and our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and manage existing ones.
- Amend cleaning schedules according to customer and agent needs.
- Ensure correct information is captured in the Batmaid Platform to enable the successful planning, execution, and billing of cleaning services.
- Process damages and cleaning quality issues.
- Help agents onboard and follow new agents during their initial time at Batmaid.
- Provide answers to level-one admin questions regarding payroll and contracts.
- Coach our agents based on feedback from our customers to ensure continued quality of service.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English is a must; French and any other language is a plus.
- Ability to handle complaints and be solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision; a hard worker and self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Social, friendly, and motivated attitude.
- Fast learner with the ability to multitask.
- Hands-on personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
