Senior PMO Swisslinx Zürich, Schweiz Job description: The PMO will be responsible for the following: Administrative Tasks Document Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports. Meeting Organization: Prepare, conduct, and follow up on project meetings, including agendas and minutes. Communication Support: Ensure consistent information flow among stakeholders. Methodological and Tool-Based Tasks Methodology Expertise: Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (e.g., Prince2). Tool Support: Manage project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and train project staff. Quality Assurance: Support reviews, gate checks, and lessons learned sessions. Reporting and Governance Status Reporting: Create project status reports for steering committees and management. KPIs and Metrics: Maintain dashboards, traffic light indicators, milestone trend analysis, etc. Steering Committee Preparation: Prepare content and decision‑making materials. Interface Management Coordination with Other Projects or PMOs: Align dependencies, resources, and shared deliverables. Stakeholder Management: Support identification and communication with relevant stakeholders. About the customer: This is a contract starting in February 2026 running for six months (with chance for extension) offering 40% home office. Requirements: 7 years experience in project planning, risk management and controlling. Over 7 years experience as a (Senior) PMO, ideally in banking or financial services. Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), especially for planning and progress tracking. Strong ability to deliver stakeholder‑oriented project reporting and communication at C‑level. Experience in applying project management methodologies such as Prince2 / PMI or IPMA Level B/C. Basic understanding of stock exchange operations (nice to have). Basic understanding of compliance and security requirements in this domain (nice to have). Fluency in English and German (Spanish beneficial).
