Das Unternehmen engagiert sich für die Behandlung seltener und schwerer Krankheiten und die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität von Patienten auf der ganzen Welt.
Für den Standort Marburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) Scientist (gn) für eine befristete Vertragslaufzeit von 12 Monaten via Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Aufgaben- Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Plasmaprodukten im Produktions- und Pilotmaßstab, einschließlich Probenmanagement und Dateninterpretation.
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation experimenteller Studien sowie Analyse und Präsentation der Ergebnisse.
- Erstellung, Überprüfung und Optimierung technischer Dokumente, einschließlich Batch-Protokollen und behördlich relevanter Unterlagen.
- Identifikation und Behebung von Prozessabweichungen (Troubleshooting) sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Bedienung, Wartung und Qualifizierung komplexer Labor- und Produktionsgeräte gemäß Qualitätsstandards (APS, GLP, GMP).
- Koordination von Forschungsprojekten und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
- Beschaffung, Verwaltung und Verteilung von Proben, Reagenzien und Materialien in Abstimmung mit relevanten Bereichen.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Good Documentation Practices und internen Dokumentationssystemen.
- i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Master of Science, z.B. Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Biologie.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit AKTA, biometrische Assays und Pipettieren.
- Erfahrung in der komplexen Dokumentation ist erforderlich.
- Ultra-/Diafiltrationskenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Chromatografiekenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in der Industrie von Vorteil.
- Authentische und sympathische Persönlichkeit mit verbindlichem Auftreten.
- Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise in einem regulierten Umfeld.
- Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientiertes Denken bei Herausforderungen.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in interdisziplinären Projekten.
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Dokumentation und Prozessoptimierung.
