What will your essential responsibilities include?

Contract Management
  1. Reviewing customer submissions;
  2. Calculating appropriate risk premium;
  3. Drawing up insurance solutions tailored to customers’ needs, including editing wordings;
  4. Conducting risk visits together with brokers and our Risk Consulting team to identify, analyze and evaluate site-specific risks.
  5. Building long-term relationships with customers, brokers and other AXA entities;
  6. Collaborating across departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance and other internal teams;
  7. Participating and supporting internal strategic projects.
Communication & Negotiation
  1. Customizing communication (project updates) appropriate to the audience, ensuring content appeals to the core interests and values of the client and business partners;
  2. Partnering with the business to determine objectives of negotiation (additional services, optimal value, favorable contract terms);
  3. Consulting with other subject matter advisors to ensure that the best interests of AXA XL are represented in negotiations.
Process Continuous Improvement
  1. Developing, recommending and championing continuous improvement efforts;
  2. Staying ahead of industry developments and best practices and making recommendations where applicable;

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  1. Professional experience in the insurance, or logistics and trading industry, ideally 5 years or more;
  2. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and able to work independently by structuring the path forward;
  3. Well-spoken and a communicative, confident and discrete manner towards clients and business partners;
  4. Motivated and solution-oriented personality that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment;
  5. Proficient in standard MS Office tools;
  6. Linguistic proficiency in German and English and/or French.
