Job Description Summary

The Global Office of Transformation at Vialto Partners has the mission to continuously optimize our delivery model and business processes, leveraging our people, technology and scale as a global enterprise. We are obsessed with driving value for our clients, assignees and employees.

Your pivotal role revolves around applying your expertise in data interpretation & manipulation to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will take the lead in automating routine tasks, deploying scalable tools across the organization, and enabling the organization to make faster, more informed decisions, all while driving growth and innovation.

Job Description

Data Analysis

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for business decisions in the form of dashboards & business intelligence products.

  2. Utilize statistical tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies.

  4. Assist in optimizing business operations through data analysis.

  5. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses.

  6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics.

Self-service Automation

  1. Design, develop, and maintain self-service automation solutions that allow users to independently manage tasks and access data with minimal manual intervention.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities that improve user experience and operational workflows.

  3. Create user-friendly interfaces for automation tools, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for non-technical users.

  4. Implement automation solutions that integrate with various applications.

  5. Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of self-service automation tools, ensuring high availability and minimal disruptions.

  6. Develop training materials & documentation to empower users to take full advantage of self-service tools.

  7. Continuously analyze automation processes and feedback to improve functionality and user satisfaction.

  8. Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings.

Change Management & Collaboration

  1. Lead change management initiatives for the rollout of self-service automation tools and new data analytics capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across teams.

  2. Collaborate closely with the Technology function and stakeholders in Client Service teams to align automation efforts with organizational goals and ensure tools meet business needs.

  3. Support ongoing communication and training efforts to encourage self-service adoption and guide users through any process changes.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  2. >5 years of proven experience in transforming operational and client-facing processes through data manipulation and insights.

  3. >5 years of proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, particularly self-service tools.

  4. Strong understanding of automation platforms and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Power Automate or similar).

  5. Highly proficient with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Google Apps Script or Web Apps. Certification in these areas would be preferable.

  6. Knowledge of data-wrangling tools e.g. Alteryx is useful but not a must-have.

  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to build effective solutions.

  8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  9. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive automation projects and improve workflows.
