Overview
Numbers are your thing, but you're ready to do more than just crunch them? As a Junior Controller at Publicis Groupe, you’ll step up your game in a dynamic, creative environment where finance meets innovation. You’ll dive deep into financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, gaining hands-on experience that will take your skills to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements – because accuracy matters
- Collaborating on budget planning and forecasts, turning data into strategic insights
- Keeping an eye on budgets, actuals, and client profitability – so everything adds up
- Diving into project controlling, ad hoc reports, and cost management
- Working closely with the Shared Service Center, partner agencies, and DACH teams
- Being the go-to person for finance & controlling matters within our agency teams
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role – you’ve got the basics, now you’re looking to grow
- A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance & controlling
- You enjoy working in an English-speaking environment and feel comfortable communicating in English – no hesitation If you also speak German, that’s a great plus
- A knack for Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas? No problem. Bonus points if you know SAP or Power BI
- A sharp mind with a solution-oriented approach – you see challenges as opportunities
- A fast learner who thrives on understanding complex processes and making them work
