Role: Technology Analyst Technology LLM Python Agentic framework Code Assist NLP Location: Zurich Compensation: Competitive (including bonus) Job Description This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned into AI from a strong tech background and is now contributing to the development and deployment of systems leveraging LLMs, NLP and agentic frameworks. Responsibilities Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP and Agentic frameworks. Develop, fine-tune and integrate models using Python-based AI / ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI APIs). Build and deploy Code Assist tools and intelligent copilots for software development or business process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals. Evaluate and implement agent-based systems for workflow orchestration and automation. Ensure scalable, secure and ethical deployment of AI solutions in production environments. Stay updated with the latest trends in generative AI, open-source models and responsible AI practices. Qualifications Total Experience: 3-5 years Languages: Python (proficient); knowledge of Java/JS optional but desirable AI / ML: Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.), Transformers, NLP pipelines Frameworks: Agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) Tools: Code Assist platforms, Git, Jupyter, APIs for AI integration Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP for AI workloads Deployment: Familiarity with containers (Docker), REST APIs and model monitoring Key Skills Business Process, Active Directory, Customer Service, Information Technology, HIPAA, Information Security, Infrastructure, Linux, Project Management, NIST, Risk Assessments, Procedures, Hardware, Data Analysis, Technical Support Employment Details Employment Type: Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Why Infosys Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
