- Planifier, diriger et exécuter des projets visant à développer de nouvelles méthodes biostatistiques et génétiques quantitatives pour une sélection végétale efficace
- Acquérir, planifier et gérer des projets financés par des fonds de tiers
- Analyser et publier des données génétiques et phénotypiques étendues
- Fournir un soutien aux sélectionneurs d'Agroscope lors de l'utilisation des résultats issus des travaux de recherche dans leurs programmes de sélection
- Diriger et encadrer des post-doctorants, des doctorants ainsi que des étudiantes et étudiants de bachelor et de master
Votre profil
- Scientifique très motivé, titulaire d'un doctorat en statistique, biostatistique, sélection végétale ou dans un domaine apparenté
- Connaissances approfondies en biostatistique, dans le domaine de la sélection végétale et de ses bases génétiques quantitatives en particulier
- Etre compétent dans les domaines de la saisie, l'évaluation et l'interprétation d'ensembles de données scientifiques (y compris la programmation statistique)
- Personne ouverte, axée sur les prestations et disposant d'une excellente capacité à travailler en équipe
- Connaissances de deux langues officielles et très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
