Region Zentralschweiz: Als Head of Medical Affairs übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Belange aller pharmazeutischen Präparate. Sie vertreten das Unternehmen als medizinischer Experte gegenüber Forschung und Entwicklung, Ärzten und Kliniken sowie bei Zulassungsangelegenheiten unter Einhaltung der medizinischen Vorschriften.
Unsere Mandantin ist ein mittelständisches Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz und Produktion in der Schweiz.
Für die Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung suchen wir eine versierte wissenschaftliche und marktorientierte Führungskraft als Head of Medical Affairs.
Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Belange aller pharmazeutischen Präparate. Sie fungieren als medizinischer Experte für Forschung und Entwicklung, Ärzte, Kliniken und Zulassungsformalitäten unter Einhaltung der medizinischen Vorschriften. Sie überwachen und erstellen gegenüber dem BAG alle Zulassungsunterlagen wie TQV und APV und sind bei Beantwortung von Anfragen der Gesundheitsbehörden die Kontaktperson. Sie begleiten die internen Projektteams (z. B. CAPA, Risiko, Qualität) bei Audits und sind verantwortlich für den medizinischen Informationsdienst in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorschriften.
Im Weiteren überwachen Sie die Einhaltung der Guidelines für das Medical Marketing im Bereich Werbematerialien. Sie besuchen nationale Kongresse, Vorträge etc. und sind für die Strategie- und Konzeptentwicklung für bewährte und neue Präparate zuständig.
Seitens Medical Information überwachen Sie die Aufnahme, Beantwortung, Verarbeitung und Archivierung von medizinischen Anfragen. Weiter unterstützen Sie das Marketing aus medizinischer Sicht in den Marketingaktivitäten wie Verkaufs-, Vertriebskanäle sowie Direct-Marketing. Sie unterstützen und beraten die Geschäftsleitung hinsichtlich der Produkte und deren Weiterentwicklung. Dazu nehmen Sie die Auswertung von Marktanalysen und Panelzahlen mit entsprechender Umsetzung in neue Strategien vor. Sie wirken an der Verbesserung der Prozesse, der Dokumentation und der Datenbank im Zusammenhang mit den Tätigkeiten der Medizinischen Information (z. B. Erstellung von Monatsberichten, Erstellung detaillierter standardisierter Antwortdokumente) mit.
Für diese vielseitige Führungsposition bringen Sie einen erfolgreichen Abschluss als Doktor der Pharmazie oder Doktor der Medizin Dermatologe oder verwandte pharmazeutische Wissenschaften mit und weisen Erfahrung im Bereich schweizerisches Gesundheitswesen, Apotheken oder Medizin aus und kennen das Marktumfeld.
Weiter sind Sie gewandt im Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen und ERP. Ihre Muttersprache ist Deutsch und Englisch sprechen Sie konversationssicher, Französisch ist von Vorteil.
Als Führungskraft besitzen Sie eine hohe Eigenverantwortung und sind an selbstständiges und exaktes Arbeiten gewöhnt. Sie sind eine belastbare Person, welche gerne die Initiative ergreift und Verantwortung übernimmt. Ihre Führungskompetenz und Ihr Organisationsflair runden Ihr Profil ab.
