With a focus on entrepreneurship, long-term client relationships and cross-border structuring, the firm offers a dynamic, international environment with flat hierarchies and a strong internal support network.Job DescriptionProactively identify and convert new business opportunities in the trust, fiduciary, and corporate services spaceActively leverage your existing network in Switzerland and international markets (e.g. LATAM, Eastern Europe)Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and proposal through to onboarding in close collaboration with internal legal, tax and client service teamsMaintain a high level of technical understanding regarding international structuring, trusts, foundations, and regulated entitiesRepresent the firm externally at events, client meetings, and in intermediary networksThe Successful ApplicantMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a business development or client-facing leadership role within a trust, fiduciary or corporate services firmEstablished network of contacts of potential clients (e.g. LATAM, Eastern European etc.)Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to work independently within a regulated environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales styleFluent in English; German or other languages are a strong advantageWhat's on OfferStrategic and high-impact role with autonomy and room to growOpportunity to join a reputable, internationally positioned firm with strong brand recognitionInvestment in your continued education and professional development after the first yearCollaborative, supportive team environment with global reachPerformance-based incentive structure aligned with individual contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
